DORA: 50 burpees, 100 pull ups, 200 pushups – Bear Crawl to fence and back
Mosey to the track
4 Lap Indian Run – Last person does 2 burpees and sprints to the front
Mosey to the bball court
DORA: 300 Big Boys – Broad jump burpees down court and back
