After a brief “warm up” consisting of Burpees and SSH, the Pax partnered up and moseyed on over to the short track. And, so it began…
DORA 1 (small track): 100 burpees, 100 HR Merkins. Run around track until complete.
DORA 2 (playground): 100 pull-ups, 100 dips. Bear crawl to fence and back until complete.
Note: at some point, Roadtrip left abruptly. Nature calls?
DORA 3 (big track): 100 squats, 100 BB Sit-ups. Run around track until complete.
DORA 4 (bball court): 100 burpees. Bear crawl across Court until complete.
