Observations: 50F and no rain…so it is absolutely beautiful compared to what we have been getting.
The Warm Up: Didn’t really need it cause the thang starts off slow, but the PAX still complained.
Carolina Dry Docks 15 IC, Wow the older PAX complained about starting with this exercise.
Arm Circles (Small and big and front and back) ~15 IC, and again the PAX complained… Ok they just are going to complain today! Mosey back to the burp and merk corner to NOT do burp and merks.
Nolan Ryan 15 each side IC, apparently the demonstration was not enough for Seal because he decided to swing at the pavement. The pavement won.
Copperhead Squats 20 IC, and this really got the gas flowing in the PAX. Mosey around the parking lot and back to the basketball court
Elevens with Dips and Derkins, finally was able to get Seals heart rate up then finish up with a fly over and 10 Burpees
Rosalita 25 IC, and more gas so we have to mosey back to the flag
Side Straddle Hop 25 IC, the PAX were happy to finally get the warm up, but then MORE Gas
Up Downs with high knees 10 on my count
X and O’s and even more GAS so we moseyed some more, up to the shelter.
10 pull-ups, 20 squats, 8 pull-ups, 30 sit-ups, 6 pull-ups, 20 squats, 4 pull-ups, 15 sit-ups, 2 pull-ups OYO
Mosey to the bottom of the stairs and the PAX know what is next, Joe… Nope… since the PAX were so gassy YHC decided to line them up on the steps for some calf raises. Toes forward on the first set, toes out on the second set, and toes in on the top set.
Plank at the top and move into peoples chair, while Whoopee tells stories about years of service he put in at work. You’ll have to ask him about that one.
A few quick agility drills with some karaoke back and forth and some Tennessee walkers then back to the flag for time. Fun was had by all!
