YHC signed up on the empty Station slot on the sacred calendar last week only to find out that KC had verbally reserved the Station Q with Grrr earlier, so YHC conceded. Grrr made sure to give him first pick on this week. Good problem to have. YHC waited his turn and delivered the following workout (pun intended):

Warm-up

  • 21 SSH, IC
  • 10 merkins, slow IC
  • 22 imperial walkers, IC
  • 15 squats, on Q

Thang

Mosey towards park entrance. Heavy mumblechatter amongst the PAX, so the Q made the PAX bear crawl the last 75 yards or so to the entrance. Once at the entrance, all PAX grab some ledge of appropriate height and perform 11s with box jumps and derkins. #crowdpleaser #2ndwarm-up

Mosey to Wild Ace parking lot. PAX performed rows on railing per Q’s calls of “up” and “down”. 10 reps

Line up on first parking line for burpee suicides:

  • 2 parking spaces and back
  • 5 burpees
  • 4 parking spaces and back
  • 5 burpees
  • 6 parking spaces and back
  • 5 burpees
  • 8 parking spaces and back
  • 5 burpees
  • 10 parking spaces and back
  • 5 burpees

repeat row drill (“up” “down”) for 10 reps

  • 2 parking spaces and back
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 4 parking spaces and back
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 6 parking spaces and back
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 8 parking spaces and back
  • 10 mountain climbers
  • 10 parking spaces and back
  • 10 mountain climbers

Mosey over to Trade st, up Trade, then left on Victoria st. Stop at parking lot behind Bin 112. PAX hold 6″ while rounding up the 6. 20 flutters, IC. Continue Mosey through parking lot. Then, right on 14, left on Poinsett, all the way to Greer First Baptist.

Joe Hendrix up stairs, lunge across, crab walk down other side stairs, lunge back to start. Plank waiting on 6. Rinse and repeat.

Mosey back towards The Station down Poinsett. Cut left on Few st, then a right on W. Church st. All PAX grab some rock wall for derkins on Q (“up” “down”) 10 reps.

Continue mosey across 14 and down Jason St. Back toward station

Mary

  • 20 flutters, IC

Moleskin

  • It’s spring training time BABY and YHC tried to bring the heat, although his fitness is still not quite where he wants it to be. PAX should expect each consecutive Coach Q in the foreseeable future to be more rigorous than the last.
  • Speaking of spring training, we’re long overdue for a 4 corner, spring time, gut flippin, gains gettin Blue Hawaii smoke show.
  • There was a celebrity/legend appearance at the Station this morning. He made sure to get in several miles before and after the workout.
  • Bob Barker has the Q Thursday so the weak and scured should go ahead and think of fart sack excuses now so you’re not scrambling Wednesday night.
  • The Station (from YHC’s limited view) has been short on FNGs lately. All PAX make an EH effort in the next few weeks! Tell them the Q for Thursday is 52! They should be fine!
