YHC’s got the brain fog somethin fierce today, so let’s keep it short and sweet. (Fog seems to be a bit of a recurring problem for me these days, huh?) Though unintentional, today’s out-and-back type workout could be considered an homage to my recent BRR follies.

Naked Moleskine

• YHC was experiencing serious pain in the butt. #BRR
• Picked up Focker and Hook & Ladder along the way because they didn’t know where we met.
• There was probably more that happened but, seriously guys…I need a nap right now. #AlsoBRR #SoTired

• Prayers for Hook & Ladder’s brother who had a tractor fall on him last night. Praise the Lord that he has no broken bones and should be released from the hospital today.
• Prayers for Updyke and his M as they prepare to welcome their first child, a daughter, any day now!
• Reminder to remain safety conscious before and after the workout. Two of our brothers from Charlotte were held up at gunpoint Monday.
• Along those lines, we have decided to move home base for Lions Den to the parking lot between the zoo and the war memorial. This was already something that YHC had considered because it’s closer to more of the ‘attractions’ and because it’s where crucible meets. It’s also easier for newcomers to spot the PAX. The better lighting and (theoretically) security is just one more reason
