Welcome back warm weather…and all of the Tank vets that are beginning to resurface. The increased numbers definitely make for a better morning. We had a solid nine Tankyardigans show up for a nice little twisted morning.
Warm-Up:
SSH x 25 IC
IW x 25 IC
Hillbillies x 25 IC
Burpees x 5 OYO #thankyouwetgrass
Mosey to The Holler
The Thang: 11’s with a twist
Start on the wall – 10 Merkins, 10 Dips
Sprint to the bottom of the entrance ramp for 10-4 count Russian Twist
Crab walk up the entrance ramp
Run backwards to the top of the exit ramp for 1 Burpee
Run down the exit ramp back to the wall for 10 more Merkins & 10 more Dips
Repeat the cycle of 11’s with Russian Twists & Burpees until you finish with 1-4 count Russian Twist and 10 Burpees
Conclusion: 220 SC Russian Twists, 100 Merkins, 100 Dips, 55 Burpees, some crab walkin’, backwards runnin’ and Holler hills.
