Warm up:

  • Get ruck out of car
  • Put ruck on

The Thang:

  • Ruck PT for time – First 4 exercises to be completed in whatever order your heart desires
    • Completed in whatever order or grouping your heart desires
      • 100 single count shoulder to shoulders with Ruck
      • 100 hand release ‘Mericans without Ruck
      • 100 4-count flutters with Ruck
      • 100 meter bear crawl with Ruck
    • Once the above was thoroughly enjoyed, 400 meter Ruck to finish off PT
    • Pax avg was right at 30 min.
  • 1 Mile Ruck Out
  • 12 MOM Pax choice

Word of the Day:

In life it is easy to say if I had this piece of gear or that skill then I could _______. Sometimes this can spill over into our walk with Christ. We compare our walk to what it could be if we had something someone else had. The hard reality is that we have everything we need for what God has called us to today, otherwise He would have given us something different. God is a loving God. Have faith that He is providing and will provide for whatever you are called to do.
