What was to be an epic Q is now a Missing Q

YHC  was set to bring a world of pain to the PAX of Powderkeg this am. As a matter of fact, it was a Q that was 6 months in the making with plenty of hype talk. It was to be YHC’s official return to Q’s at Powderkeg after having full rotator cuff repair back in January. It was to be an epic beatdown with mumblechatter at DEFCON 5. Then Murphy finds his way in and tells you to stick your well laid plan right up your ass. So two days before I’m set to whoop up the Keggers, I pull a muscle in a “strategic area” while shoveling dirt for a new pool. Here’s the ironic part. It was YHC’s 43rd birthday and had just finished a Q over at Legacy for F3 Dads (had a blast). I suspect the standing rope jump that I had Q’d into the workout was the actual culprit in tearing the groin. 43 hurts. I confessed my injuries to my brother Missing at church the following day and he volunteered to take the Q. No doubt that he delivered a worthy substitute beating to the PAX. I smartsacked. Here’s what went down, “Per Missing”:

– Sprint up terrace to next lot, drop to 4″ plank for 10 seconds and repeat up other 2 terraces to top lot
 
Mosey around walking trail out to Roe Rd and around to driveway entrance:

– Lunges halfway up hill and then mosey to the top
– Burpees – 10x OYO at top of hill
