11 men resisted the #fartsack to #getbetter at the Tower of Terror this morning.  7 rucktards, yes 7!!, started their day at 0430 with a 3 mile ruck through Poinsettia.  So good to have @Brownie with us this morning and to have @Ponch on his first ruck adventure.  @Thumper was late and the beast basically jogged with his 50 lb ruck to catch up.

When we returned to the flags, we met @Hooch, @Butterbean, and @SoccerMom.  Apparently, @SoccerMom had been knocking out extra burpees for the #F3burpeechallenge (#beast).  Ok, rucks down, let’s roll…wait, here comes a car…@Sammy arrives at 0530.  Apparently @Tedediah pulled the old unintentional fartsack and messed up the clown car plans.

6MOM – LBCs x 30 IC, 10 burpees OYO, Rosalita x 20 IC, 10 burpees OYO.  Somewhere during Mary, @Brownie discovered he lost his car key.  After the last 10 burpees, all the pax went on a scavenger hunt around the different corners.  @LookOutBelow wins the prize for finding the key.  @SoccerMom suggested we purchase @Brownie a glow in the dark F3 keychain for Christmas.  #sothoughtful

NMM – So good to be back with you guys at TOT.  Being DR for a while, it’s so nice to come back to all of your ugly faces.  @Hooch is still fast, @LookOutBelow and @SoccerMom were in #beastmode on the escalator, @LiteBrite stole a ruck (#notreally #hesayshegotagreatdeal), @ThirdBase doesn’t like pants…or underwear…or something like that.
