YHC typically travels down to Bluffton/HHI 3 or more times a year to visit family. (Or to take advantage of a free place to stay near the beach with some good options for golf). Last year, 8 months after I had started drinking the F3 Koolaid, we made a journey to enjoy independence day in the low country (and to visit family). I made contact with two F3 brother from Charlotte (Surfer) and Columbia (Garmin) to join me in a workout while DR. I managed to convince my cousin (Gambit) and his buddy Judge Judy to join us, because this is alway a good idea. Needless to say the hour-plus (i think surfer is not bound to time) workout did not disappoint. Conversations with FNGs after their initial intro is predictable- “that was hard, but i enjoyed it! “We need to do that again”, I think we can get this going here”. So the the discussion began in Bluffton (very close to HHI, but not the same- semantics!) One of the issues was the area is not very close to a major F3 region and will take some coordination to launch, but where there is a will there is a way (and there is will and a Wil- GambitF3). So it took 9 more months to get the conversation going again after another Blufftonite visited swamp rabbit and had the universal FNG experience. This happened to coincide with another YHC visit to the low country. This trip there is a mission, to put together a couple of workouts focused on exposing the local pax to what F3 is about. Now that Summerville is off to an explosive beginning things seem to be coming together for Bluffton/HHI. We will see!

COT: F3 mission and purpose was discussed. These guys get it! Prayers for Diapers, 2.3 is due in May, that will make 3 under 3 (thus diapers! and prayers)
It was an honor to get out in the gloom with these guys and I have no doubt with the proper support and guidance this thing can take-off in bluffton. I am here to serve and support as needed. I could alway use a second F3 home!!
