Seven guys braved the perfect conditions at ACES, for what was promised to be the best F3 workout in all of the ’05 on this particular day. It proved to be true.
SSH, Merkin warmup.
Mosey to CVS for some Dips & Derkins. Rinse and Repeat.
Mosey down McDaniel to Crescent for some core work.
Mosey down McDaniel to Cleveland Park for some lower body work.
Mosey up University Ridge and up Jones to Tindal for some Plank-O-Rama.
Mosey back to CVS for some People’s Chair.
Jail Break back to ACES. Ruh-Roh…where is Nails?
Next exercise…find Nails. YHC was successful in locating the old codger, as he lost his way and missed the turn down Waccamaw. Zoila gave him a good “We were worried sick!” in his best mom voice.
Good pace and great fellowship. Looking forward to it again next week.
