The PAX mosey over to the #paincage for some Hipslapper(AKA Fartknockers) x15 in cadence. Then mosey down to the back of YHC truck. PAX split up into teammates, each team grabs a heavy ass cinder block. #itgotheavier. Take the cinder block and mosey down to the bottom of the hill at the back of the park.
The goal was the get your cinder block to the top of the hill while your partner does exercises until you return. PAX must throw the cinderblock and bear crawl to where it landed and repeat until you have made it all the way to the top. run the cinder block down to switch. Rinse and Repeat 4 times
