The conditions: 49F and no rain in sight

The warm up: Run 1 Mile

The Thang: 100 Chest ups (Modified Pull Up with a waist high bar), 200 ‘merkins, 300 Squats (abs if you finish before the group) Then a 1 mile run back to the flag, reverse crunches till the six arrives.

2MOM: Reverse Crunch IC 10, Dying Cockroach IC 20 and we are done!

A: Hope Relay 11/14 F3 starts at 8:50a, two teams, Market Madness Converging at the Keg, Brick run (look at Cherpas Back blast), 11/19 Toys For Tots Convergence (Contact Brown Shorts for parking location), Thanksgiving convergence at the Keg is in the works.
