Due to the increase in volume this Christmas, I have not been able to attend many workouts. I want to give the guys an idea of what we do for 10-11 hours a day. This is a small sample but UPS bootcamp went like this.
Warmup- SSH (Keystone forgot his gloves and Abacus has some in the car. We do them til he comes back. Don’t want to leave him out.), Mountain climbers, slow windmills.
Due to the upcoming construction on the Wren football stadium, the blocks have been moved to the other concession stand. To get an idea of what it’s like to handle packages all day, we keep the blocks for a while. 20 curls, 20 overhead presses, 20 tricep extensions.
Mosey back to the start. Flutters, LBC, and American Hammers all with the blocks.
We need to find some stairs. The metal bleachers on the home side are frozen and slick. No one wants to get hurt. Move to the bottom of the ramp. 20 curls, 20 overhead presses, 20 tricep extensions.
Mosey with the block (package) over to the visitors stands for 11s. Squats with the block at the bottom, carry the brick up the steps, curl presses at the top. This is similar to a 3rd floor apartment. Into round 8 up the steps, YHC and several others were feeling lightheaded. Omaha audible to finish that round. Can’t feel my fingers so let’s put the blocks away.
