The Thang:

First set:

  • Stop-n-go burpees: run stop-sign-to-stop-sign with 5 burpees at each of 4 stops
  • Stop-n-go squats: run stop-sign-to-stop-sign with 20 squats at each of 4 stops

Indian run the block

Second set:

Sevens (6-1, 5-2, etc) at the ice cream station 

  • Step ups and derkins
  • Step ups and lunges
  • Merkins and big boys
  • Step ups and flutters

Third set:

Elevens (10-1, 9-2, etc) at the ice cream station 

  • Step ups and merkins 

Mosey to the flag

Wrap up:
