- Stop-n-go burpees: run stop-sign-to-stop-sign with 5 burpees at each of 4 stops
- Stop-n-go squats: run stop-sign-to-stop-sign with 20 squats at each of 4 stops

Sevens (6-1, 5-2, etc) at the ice cream station
- Step ups and derkins
- Step ups and lunges
- Merkins and big boys
- Step ups and flutters
