4 PAX fought the urge to fartsack and mandwiched up the courage to take on a sloppy December gloom….and a Sloppy Joe Beatdown. As you will see, we brought the wind to the rain storm this morning…wind sprints that is.
If you watched the attached video, at 1:25 min into it, the inspiration behind this BB is there. If you have never had the pleasure of seeing this performance, you are welcome for introducing you. I know we got some young PAX out there.

From same spot on wall to the 3x Wall kick, start with heels on ground, kick to butt height on wall, up to shoulder height on wall, back to butt height, heels back to ground x20 OYO

Return Cinder Blocks back to pile, mosey back to The Tower.
YHC realized there was still 2 minutes before Mary, decided to throw in a Indian Run.
Start at Tower, run to second stop sign, approx. 100 yards
5 Burpees OYO
Indian Run back to Tower to meet Mary.
