I promised in my pre-workout tweet that the PAX would not stay cold this morning. What better way than to run and perform lots of different kinds of Merkins. Below is a summary.
Warm Up
40 SSH IC
15 Slow Count Merkins IC (More of these to come) Right when we finished this Uber decided to grace us with his presence.
20 Squat Punches IC

Time to Run
Total Distance Run was 2.1 miles. We stopped at every street light/lamp for 10 merkins/Chest exercise of some kind. We did all of these at least three times and some more than that:
Merkins, Werkins, Diamond Merkins, Peter Parkers, Hand Release Merkins, Superman Merkins, Burpees, Plank Shoulder Touches, Mountain Climbers, Slow Count Merkins. I lost official count but we did approx. 250 merkins during our 2.1 mile run. Finished everything off with 10 Burpees back in the parking lot.
BOM and quickly back to our cars before we got cold.
