Indian run to Mauldin Middle track.
Break out into 1 &2
1 sprint half lap the cut back across field to bleachers
2 start work out and rotate
200- jump ups on bleachers
200 incline merkins
200 dips
Indian run back to camp, jail break back after everyone had one sprint half way back
1 minute on the wall then sprint to cars and back
1 minute upside down on hands sprint and back

Sushi was on fire on the Indians runs, Tebow was pumping out merkins and dips like he was a pro with good form, Cocky got a name change from Clowny because we have a more senior Clowny on board, Retread was trucking around the track, Ester was on fire running all over the place, id sucked it up and worked through the pain of a ???? shoulder, could be torn rotator but worked through the pain like a champ,
