Warm up:

Mosey to track

The Thing:
Indian Run 2 laps and to the basketball court
Mucho Chesto. 10 Merkins, 10 Wide, 10 Diamonds, 10 Staggered Left, 10 Staggered Right. Rinse and Repeat.
Not So Lazy Boy. 5 reps left, 5 reps center,5 reps right. #crowdpleaser
Superman 5reps 10 count each
Superman-Banana. A couple of minutes
Prison Cell Burpees: 5 then run court and back. 4,run, 3, run, Count down to 1.
Mosey to playground.
Pull up/Squats. 1 P/U-1 Squat. 10 reps. (A great escalator for next time)
Back to basketball court
Captain Thor. 1 big boy sit up/ 4 American hammers. 1/4 ratio to 10/40.
Mosey a lap and continue back to flag.
No time for Mary?

Prayers continue for Greg and 16 year old stroke victim. Floppy Disk closed with prayer. Very Thankful to have F3 in my life.
