13 Pax with 1 FNG resisted the #fartsack and decided to come out and get better with YHC. YHC loves visiting other AO’s like this week in Charleston but nothings better than #TheStation #noplacelikehome. Okay Dorthy lets get this mother going!

The Main Thang

YHC has missed the amphitheater so the pax moseyed over for a full body beatdown. YHC split the Pax up starting both groups out with Joe Hendricks up to the top. When reaching the top Lunge walk over to the other set of stairs and bear crawl down. Plank it up and wait on rest of Pax. Rinse and repeat same groups only this time split up the Lunges with Burpee broad jumps. Plank it up and wait on the rest of Pax.

YHC explained the next exercise Box jump each level then 10 Merkins, 20 LBC’s, and 30 Squats (8 levels)! Somewhere along the way a train came by and yeah you know what that means at theStATION burpees!! #mummblechatter begins…When reaching the top run back down and plank up and wait on Pax. Next exercise is 5 Derkins, 10 alternating legs step ups 20 reps total, 30 double count fludders…OH MY this was an ITunes request so YHC gave the people what they wanted! #Legsmoked…

Yhc lead the pax from the amphitheater to the pavilion for some burn out pullups. Along the way we met a #SADCLOWN running by himself so YHC at mosey pace told Salvador to come join us he then joined the Pax for the rest of the workout. Partner up for pullups. Pullups Amrap when reaching fatigue partner grab legs for burnout reps. After two cycles YHC lead the Pax around for a quick lap. Rinse and repeat after pax could not do any more pull ups YHC called out a few exercises IC Freddy Mercury’s and Plank shoulder touches. The plank shoulder touches where not your normal plank shoulder touches Epee began pounding the concrete with his hands which lead to an amazing harmony of cadence that became infectious to the Pax! #MUMMBLECHATTER Nature boy WHOOOO!!! Pretty powerful moment in the workout…You would have needed to be there to get it…Yes that’s a jab at the infamous #fartsackers who missed this morning.. Plank shoulder touches went to 30IC!!!
