Grab a Partner
Run to Cleveland Park

Station 1:
Partner Merkins x10 at the picnic shelter

Partner A:
Run toward bridge
Station 2: Derkins x20 on bridge
Station 3: Pullups x15 (full extension) on monkey bars (or until failure, finish set with burpees)
note: the map indicates the top of the hill for station 3, but the monkey bars are at the bottom
Finish loop via the steps by the picnic shelter, do flutters while you wait for your partner

Partner B:
Run opposite of partner A
Station 4: Jump Lunges x20 at trail intersection
Run to the end of the path and take a hard left
Station 5: Squats x30 at trail intersection
Finish loop via the steps by the picnic shelter, do flutters while you wait for your partner

Partner Merkins x10
Flapjack
Repeat until each partner completes a total of 3 laps on each side of the loop
Finish with a final set of Partner Merkins

Run back to Starbucks, #VT to the team that finishes first
