5 PAX put the kill shot on the gloom this morning  We set the bait, and we fired. Beautiful morning to sharpen our skills. Here’s how it went.

25 Plank Jacks
25 Imperial Walker

THE MAIN THANG
Indian Run down Main St. to Starbucks
15 Merkins
25 LBC
20 Big Boy Sit Ups
Get in street-
20 yard Bear Crawl
20 yard Crab Walk (aka Jameis Winston)
20 Yard Lunge Walk
Plank-o-rama while we wait

Indian Run Back to base of hill at Peace Center
Sprint hill back to Peace Center starting point

Grab the Goods- 50 lb bag of deer corn, 2 25 lb. dumbbells, jump rope, Perfect Push-ups and head to amphitheater.
Stations set for Circuit Training:
Dumbbell curls
Deer Corn full squats
Perfect Push-ups (Perfect Merkins)
Squat Jumps
Jump Rope

PAX complete exercise station 2X for 1 minute, and 1X at 30 seconds
(Sponge Bob was in good form bringing comic relief during the pain…)

Head to amphitheater bleachers for 11’s.
Dips, box jumps, Fairy Jacks at top- work from 1 dip & 10 fairy jacks down to 10 dips and 1 fairy jack.

Grab gear and head back for 2MOM

Praise for Latka- Lasik surgery went well, prayer for continued healing

Mab Mab- juggling selling house, selling lot, trying to buy lot, work stuff- prayers for clarity and continued surrender.

Q School at Tank Yard Thursday November 13th- 5:30 pm. If you haven’t Q’d- GO. If you need a refresher you are welcome as well. This is how we keep growing- got to have more Qs so we can have more AOs.
