11 pax circled up at what is quickly becoming a regular coupon AO. With the CMUs, rucks, and now tires, there is no shortage of heavy stuff to be lifted at the Tower of Terror.

YHC pulled the ole’ switcharoo on the guys this morning and the only thing we lifted today was ourselves. TClaps to @LookoutBelow, @MachoMan, and @Shortbarrel for joining YHC on the 4 mile pre-ruck.

Conditions – hot and sticky icky.

Warm up – 50 burpees (begin #mumblechatter), 20 hillbillies IC

Thang – Merkin ladder. 20 merkins, run 400 meters, 19 merkins, run 400 meters, 18 merkins. We made it down to 12 and most guys got in between 2.25 and 2.5 miles of running while picking up the 6.

Circle up for Mary – LBCs x 25 IC and 50 more burpees (#crowdpleaser for sure).


Easy peasy as my boy @Thumper would say. 100 burpees, ~2.25 miles of running, and 144 merkins. Good work boys!

P/P – Gideon’s Convergence this Saturday. Missionaries in SE Asia.

NMM – YHC hates running, but needs to improve. #trainyourweaknesses. Everyone worked really hard and the last set of 50 burpees sucked out loud. Not much mumblechatter at that point.
