The One with Bags and Buckets

6 Pax braved the wet forecast to get their daily dose of DRP. YHC once again brought a sandbag workout with a little new twist….water buckets.

COP – SSH x 20 IC, useless Thru the Tunnels x 10 IC, Imperial Walker x 20, Arm Circle varieties

Mosey to the Lumbaru and grab some sandbags and to then over to the Macyota to add a couple of rucks and two filled water buckets.

Main Thang:
Circuit with water bucket carries past the fountain and around the big tree as a timer.
1. 60# bag squat
2. 60# Bear Crawl Bag Drag up the hill. Shoulder Carry back down.
3. 30# Ruck Chest Press
4. 80# Dead lift
5. 40# Ruck Lunges

1/2 mile run between 2 rounds and finished with a touch of Mary
