It’s my birthday. I turned 42 today!

Mosey to wall in town for 42 dips OYO.

Meet in parking lot behind wall and line up for a series of exercises. Do the exercise and bear crawl to light post at end of lot, then run around side lot and back. Plank until all Pax gets back.

42 SSH
42 Merkins
42 Squats
42 LBC’s
42 Burpees

Now that shoulders are spent, head back to wall to finish strong.

Mosey to steps in front of Sunrift.
