3 PAX braved the frozen tundra this morning. Where the heck is Spring?


Today marks the initial introduction of THE NASTY 50!

What is it, you ask???

Mosey to the parking garage and find the flat part. No grade this am.

The Nasty 50 consists of any 10 exercises, 50 reps each, with no rest between. That’s 500 reps folks!

LBCs x 50 (4C)

Squats x 50 (IC)

Merkins x 50 (IC)

Lunge Walk x 50

Flutters x 50 (4C)

Dips x 50 (IC)

Karaoke x 50 (L & R)

Mountain Climbers x 50 (4C)

The Nasty 50 is used by our Military branches as a “basic” fitness test. Well, I am here to tell you that this is an F3 keeper!

we continue to lift up brothers who are nursing various injuries. Sucks to be old!
