THE HARD HAT was asked to guest Q. Little did they know that means the whole Patrick Clan shows up.  I decided last night that I would bring back a oldie but goodie. The Nasty 50. 8 PAX arrived for the fun. Fun discussion with Sanchez about where I planted my shovel flag. I won because I am the Q and I knew X&O were coming and I did not want to get wet in the grass – Insert Jokes here.

 A NASTY 50!  Once it was explained to everyone, time for the Pain!

Time to Mosey – Took PAX behind the toilet building (which created several remarks at you might imagine) to the street. Indian Run Time.

Stopped at Circle on Henderson for Mountain Climbers x 50 (4C)

Indian Run some more. Stopped at a dark spooky driveway which caused some PAX to say this is a private drive and we can’t stop here. I announced that I own (very small piece) that driveway (Back Entrance to Triangle Construction Company Inc.)

Flutters x 50 (4C)

Mosey to Laurens Road and take a left. Stopped along the way for below.

Lunge Walks x 50 (IC)

Once back in the park we stopped for a Jail Break back to the shovel Flags

Back at The Tank Yard for Dollys x 50 (4C)

Ran about 2.2 miles.

Finished everything off with 10 Superman Burpies.
