The MABnificent 7

5 PAX decided it was time to get better, so they got out of bed and ventured to THE STATION. It was a good call. It was a winkie of a beatdown since YHC was expecting a few more, and per the absentee Lizard Lick’s request Ultimate Frisbee was on the board. The audible ended up a solid beatdown. Here’s the run down.

Conditions: 60 degrees- clear- and perfect

Warm Up:

The Main Thang:
Mosey to the track around the pond
THE MABnificent 7:
Starting on one end of the pond, perform 7 burpees, run to opposite side of pond, 7 burpees. Run back to starting end, rinse and repeat until 7 laps are completed.
Midway through we had a train- yep- 10 more burpees.
Added up it was 108 burpees. Couple PAX got in 8 laps and got 122. How is that for a burpee mile?
Mosey back to Greer City Hall
Ladder of Merkins:
Starting on one side of lawn, bear crawl to concrete next to fountain- 5 Merkins. Sprint back to starting line.
Crab walk across lawn- 10 Merkins. Sprint back to starting line.
Lunge walk across lawn- 15 Merkins. Sprint back to starting line.
Gorilla alk across lawn- 20 Merkins. Sprint back to starting line.
Take a Dip around the Fountain:
