7 men got to get out of the fartsack and put in work this am. YHC had no plan coming in as a last minute Q but I awoke with the number 11 in mind.

No time for more so let’s mosey over to the shelter for some DORA while one partner runs around the circle

200 merkins

300 squats

I recalled a pain station during the Jackalope that truly sucked in the best way possible. We moseyed across the field to a grassy hill.  Time to put 11 to use. One squat jump with a twist at the bottom then whichever direction you were facing was the way you bear crawled up the hill. 10 squat jump twists at the top and whichever direction you faced was the bear crawl down.   Direction mattered. A lot.

When that round of 11 was complete, guess where we were.  Right near the amphitheater!  Let’s mosey in there for some more 11’s.

Dips at the bottom and burpees at the top. Blades is a truly a beast and we all appreciated him acting like we all finished around the same time

This took us to near time so after a quick saunter to the cushioned mat of the playground, we finished it out with some Russian Twists and a few In and Outs.
