6 Men got out of bed to get better this morning!  A little cool, windy and damp.  So lets get blood pumping.

Mosey to Holland Rd turn right and run to back parking lot to THE HILL!

Burpee Ladder = 10 bottom, run up hill, 9 top, down hill 8 bottom…until get to 1.

Plank up until all are done.

Squat Ladder = 10 bottom, run up hill, 9 top, down hill 8 bottom…until get to 1.

Plank up until all are done.

Mosey figure 8.

Lock arms and walk backwards up hill x 3.  OUCH!!

Bear crawl up and mosey down x 2.
