17 brave souls resisted the fartsack and conquered the 30 degree weather for a Disney (yes, Disney) themed workout. The PAX was a little sore from the beatdown from special guest QIC – One Direction on Tuesday but everyone persevered.
WARMUP
SSH x 30, IW x 30, 10 burpees for Spicoli
THE THANG
Mosey to the Holler for the Magic Kingdom
PAX split into 2 groups for either Space Mountain or the Tea Cups. Complete 2 sets of each workout then switch.
Space Mountain = reverse bear crawl up the hill, sneaky lunge (no heels) to hill 2, crab walk downhill, balls to the wall back to hill 1
Tea Cups = on the short wall, 20 derkins, 30 box jumps, 40 dips, sumo squats across the parking lot and then a jog back to the wall
Mosey back to tennis courts for Animal Kingdom.
PAX lined up along fence for 50 wall taps, ran to middle tennis court for 5 peter parkers, then 50 more wall taps at far end, followed by 5 peter parkers on the jog back to the start. Completed two sets.
