10 pax ventured into the gloom for YHC’s first Q at Gideons House. In addition to being an awesome AO on Greenville’s #westside, Gideons House offers the best 2nd F in all of F3SwampRabbit land. We also welcomed Footloose for his first post at Gideons. Here’s what went down:
5:15 let’s roll. Head out to street, see the 2 telephone pole sections that have been lying by the road for the last few weeks. Attempted #seal carry. Pick them up (they were heavy) carry across the street and back #fail
Mosey to NachmanNorwood parking lot for “The Gideon”. It’s 1/2 mile to Augusta Road intersection. Run to intersection and back then perform the following:
50 lunges
40 LBC
30 HR merkins #hootieapproved
20 squats
10 burpees
Rinse and repeat
Caviar leads us in some core exercises while the 6 finishes up
Caviar smoked us all and he was appreciative that he was able to show off his #runnerchops. Double Windsor has found some type of extra gear and GideonsHouse stud Cheney is a beast. TClaps to Waterproof for his second post. Didn’t take long for the pax to realize the easy downhill trek to Augusta Road would suck on the way back. #uphill As expected, Footloose woke up the neighborhood
