4 PAX hit is hard to sweat out them beers from the weekend.

Warm Up was running around church with stops for squats, flutters, merkins and wall sits.

Then grab blocks for 11 at hill. Burpees with blocks at top and curls at bottom.
Parking lot big boys at each line increasing one each time then run back to block for same amount of curls.
Partner up for Farmers carry while other partner does exercises then switch. Squats, lunges, SSH, IW.
Back to Block Pile for another three rounds of curls and presses.
