The Frosted Fire Hoses

4 PAX including 1 FNG came out for a fire hose workout at Eye of the Tyger. The frosty ground added a nice element. Unfortunately, one left injured. Here is the breakdown. FNG is Luke Keel, F3 name Fleetwood.

Warm up:
20 Imperial Walkers IC
10 Merkins IC

The Main Thang:
Head over to the “Bermuda Triangle” portion of Tyger River Park.

River of Burpees
Take the fire hoses, lay in parallel lines, 5′ feet apart (the 5′ span is the river). Run and jump over the river. After all PAX clear it move it back 1 more foot. Continue to do so until each PAX falls in the river.
When you fall in the river you perform 10 Burpees, and 20 Merkins.

Note- be praying for Bullseye. He strained or tore his hamstring in this section…pray for quick healing and his quick return to the gloom!

50 Shoulder Presses
50 Arm Circles
30 Cherry Pickers

The Whipping Station
Put the fire hoses into a V and put around light pole. Of the remaining three PAX, two would grab a station of the whips. One is running a lap around the Bermuda Triangle.
Rinse and Repeat x2

No time for Mary today….with PAX getting injured, we had a few delays.
