The First Time Is Scary

I was nervous all Memorial Day Weekend.  Would I fill the time?  Would I nail the mission statement?  Would I count the exercises properly?  (Turns out it was a Y/Y/N.)  Most importantly, would I wake up on time?  Well, I woke up twice in the middle of the night, the second time was from a dream in which I was running late, and as I got to the car there were two random vehicles blocking my driveway and no way for me to get to the workout!  But it was just a dream, and the nightmare of a 5:30 AM workout finally began.

Warm Up:

SSH x 20

IW x 20

MH x 20


Catch me if you can

PAX 1 runs backwards while PAX 2 does 10 BBSU, then runs to catch PAX 1 and swap X 5

Dora 123 consisting of 100 Burpees, 200 Merkins, 300 LBCs

Headed to the court for Balls to the Wall for PAX 1 while PAX 2 does Bear Crawl X 2

Finished with 20 Freddie Mercurys and my favorite, American Hammers.

I plead my case that not all 5 syllables of Hannah Montana are entirely necessary, that the last 3 work very well.  Feedback in the mumble chatter suggested that buy-in was spotty at best, so I proceeded to dish out a man size helping of American Hammers, but the crew could not hang, and I found myself in a lonely cadence, at which point I shut it down and moved on to naming (2) FNGs!  (Big Baller, and Chernobyl).

All in all, the workout sucked, which is the point, as near as I can tell.
