15 Pax including 2 FNG’s and not including 00 showed up and put in work on a gloomy Monday morning. Wilson ran 31 miles Saturday, and decided to show us up by running 2 miles to the burbs, smoking 90% of the pax and then running 2 miles home. He is a machine.

Mosey around to the other side of the church and line up for San Diago inspired Suicide Escalators.

Round 1
Run halfway down parking lot and back, then run all the way down and back.
5 jump lunges.
Repeat increasing to 10, 15 and 20.

Mosey down behind the Church for Balls to the wall hip slappers (15 IC).

Joe Hendrix up the steps.

Peoples Chair for 1 minute.

Mosey over to COT to pick up San Diago’s FNG and then mosey back around the chuch for round 2 of the suicide escalators.
EM picked the excercises this time and we did Plank Shoulder touches.
5, 10, 15, & 20 same as before with suicides in between.

Mosey over to the steps for more Joe Hendrix.
Balls to the Wall Hip Slappers 15 IC.

Welcome to our new FNGs “Cash Money” & “Kipper the Dog”.

It’s officially summer time and school is out for most everyone I believe. I know that this means a little more free time in the mornings for those of us with school age kids- or maybe thats just me. Take advantage of this extra time and get out to new AOs and meet new people. Try to make it out to coffeeteria and deepen the 2nd F. I know I’m looking forward to it.

Also, why do people not Q at the burbs? I’ve been blocked from the calendar (with good reason). Was pleased to snag an open day the morning before. And looking forward to seeing what “THE THUNDER” brings on Thursday. And where is Bartman?
