Partner Up
Starting at the parking lot by the playground (the one closest to Washington St), mosey to the Washington Street entrance to Cleveland Park. Run up Washington to the parking garage off Main Street (circled). Complete the exercises at the indicated locations (reps listed are total for you and your partner)

Station 1 – Next to softball field by entrance
50 Squats
Station 2 – Top of Washington
40 Derkins
Station 3 – Intersection of Washington & Church
40 Jump Lunges
Stations 4-7 – Every intersection until Washington & Main (4 total)
10 Burpees
Station 8 – Plaza outside garage
50 Dips
Head into garage, going down to first floor
Station 9 – Base of first ramp
40 Smurf Jacks
AYG to the top of the Garage
Station 10 – Top of garage
50 Merkins

Stairs down
Repeato (Station 9, run up, Station 10, stairs down)

Starting with Station 8, run course and complete exercises in reverse order, finishing at parking lot in Cleveland Park.
