20 Squats – Touch Hands at the bottom. Move up 4 Spaces
20 Belly Busters. Move up 4 Spaces Sandiago’s family favorite move.
5 Burpies. Lung Walk to the End of the Ramp.
Move to next ramp and repeat until exhaustion or until 0605.
