14 men risked the rain and posted to The Crucible this gloomy morning.  Less than ideal conditions had me trying to come up with a plan b for the pain stations.

With a quick mosey to the garage by the old newspaper we got down to business.

Each ramp, perform the following in repetition and then run down the steps to the bottom to repeat until we

10 Clapping Merkins w Handrelease on the Bottom. Move up 4 Spaces

20 Squats – Touch Hands at the bottom.  Move up 4 Spaces

20 Belly Busters. Move up 4 Spaces Sandiago’s family favorite move.

5 Burpies.  Lung Walk to the End of the Ramp.

Move to next ramp and repeat until exhaustion or until 0605.

  2. That’s right Iceman! Twerkin is a machine. Estrogen is a buddy of Blue Hawaii, he has a house full of females, we figured he was on the same cycle as all of them.
