The Corners of The Burbs

Eight PAX showed up on a 46 degree great workout morning at The Burbs.

Ok this was a tough VQ having to follow after Bartman last week so I knew I had to bring it.  After a couple first time jitters getting the cadence right on Imperial Walkers and Slap Chop straightening me out we got to rolling!  Here’s how it went down…

Warm Up

SSH x 25 / IW x 20

Main Thang

Mosey over to the starting point for the workout spill.  Partner up.

Corner 1: 15 Merkins while your partner is doing 15 LBC’s then flip flop with your partner.  15 Lunges per leg toward next corner then jog the rest of the way.

Corner 2: 15 Reverse Pull-ups/Flutter kicks until partner is done, then switch.  Jog to next corner.

Corner 3: 15 Burpees/Air Press until partner finishes and switch.  Jog to corner 4.

Corner 4: 15 Squats/(Partner) Air Chair.  Sprint up the steps, run back to corner 1.

Rinse and repeat, dropping 1 rep per exercise for the 2nd round(14), 3rd (13), 4th(12), 5th(11), & 6th(10 reps).

Head back to the circle to stop the pain!  I was proud to hear some say it was a beast of a workout!
