8 PAX figured that it was a good morning to get out and play. With even numbers, seemed like a good morning to bring Dora back to play.
Here’s the rundown.
Warm Up:

The Main Thang:
Indian Run to the far side of the park (1/2 mile) to the hill now called- High Hill.
90 seconds of 6 inches, wide leg 6″ inches, and 12″…all at YHC’s call.
Partner up….
DORA 1-2-3
100 Merkins
200 Mountain Climbers
300 LBCs
One PAX is running the High Hill around the frisbee goal, and then back down. The other PAX is starting on the Merkins. Continue the reps until all are complete between both PAX. Plank-O-Rama when done.
10 Burpees OYO
20 Squats OYO
Partner Leg Throws- 20 reps per PAX
rinse and repeat x2
Head back to High Hill.
Bear crawl to top, 5 Burpees OYO.
Crab Walk down to bottom, 5 Burpees OYO.
Bear Crawl up to to top, 5 Burpees OYO.
Crab Walk down to bottom, 5 Burpees OYO.
Mosey back to Glory.
