It was a beautiful morning with a big, bright, full moon! The plan is simple this morning. Based right off of one of my favorite P90X3 workouts  “The Challenge”! Only 6 PAX on a Friday at the Fork? Let’s get started…..

Warm up:

SSH x20.  Arm Circles

Mosey to the playground

Cue the music!

The Thang:

2 sets of 10 standard pull ups and 20 standard push-ups/Merkins

2 sets of 10 chin ups and 20 military Merkins/push-ups

Take a lap around the track

2 sets of 10 close grip pull ups and 20 wide push-ups/Werkins

2 sets of 10 vaulter pull ups and 20 Staggered hand push-ups/Merkins

Take a lap

2 sets of 10 pull-ups of choice and 20 push-ups/Merkins of choice

Back to the freshly paved parking lot for Mary

25 of the following: In and Outs, Flutter x4 count, LBC, Wide leg sit ups, Crunchy Frog, Oblique V ups left/right, Heels to Heaven, Fifer Scissor

Elbow Plank 60 seconds
