It had been a little while since YHC had the Q, and after the running-heavy Monday, I decided the pax needed a little upper body beatdown.  Our forearms should be sore for a few days after this one, but the super human grip strength we are developing will be worth it.  Sitting here 5 hours later, my arms look like I fought a bobcat.  As always, it was neat.  Toward the end, Golden and others took to making fun of my speaking voice, comparing my smooth, deep, and buttery tone to the moviephone guy.  I would have to concur.

The Thang
Mosey to the trailer to select our blocks and carry them to the soccer field for the morning activities. We learned that not all blocks are created equal.  They come in different weights, sharpness, dirt content, mortar content, spider content, etc. This makes carrying them for 45 minutes extra fun.

Everyone line up on the base line (is that what you call it in soccer?) with your blocks.

Round 1
-Deep Incline merkins on the blocks (vertical) X 20
-Grab your blocks and farmer walk to the other end of the field.
-Oh look, a hill! In honor of 00, we will perform what YHC now calls Bro Hendrix:  Backward bear-crawl down the hill immediately followed by a Joe Hendrix back up to the blocks.
-Pick up your blocks and farmer walk back to the starting point

We are almost out of time so we carry the blocks back to their home (this may have been the hardest part of the workout)

After the blocks are secured, everyone plank for a jailbreak to the circle for Mary
