4 PAX came out to Eye of the Tyger eager to start their week off right. Fire Marshall Bill had some cinder blocks in tow, so YHC decided to make good use of them. Here is the rundown.

Tabata is a 4 minute work out broken into 8 sections. Each section is20 seconds intensity, 10 seconds of rest.
Block Arm Curls
Block Triceps Pushes
Derkins (decline merkins)
Run for 2 minutes w/ blocks on shoulder.
Block Overhead press
Block Chest Press
Block Russian Twist
Run 1/4 Mile.
Block Tricep Pushes
Return blocks to start, then run another 1/4 mile loop.
Time for Mary.
