Warm Up
15 Burpees OYO
15 Merkins OYO


Run down Main St towards Falls Park. Stop for 20 dips at the top of the stairs. Run down the stairs then Joe Hendrix up them. Run down to Furman College Way in Falls Park. Partner up.

Dora 2-4-6
200 PST
400 Squats
600 Flutters
One partner exercises while the other runs to the top of the hill and back.

Run down to the roundabout at the bottom of the road and do 20 FairyJacks.
Run to the top of the Road and do 20 dips/10 derkins then 15 dips/5 derkins.

Do some lunge walking. Run back to Liberty bridge. Monkey hump Houdini’s face.

Head back to PC for Mary.

20 Burpees OYO- One of the Pax muttered “Cheese and rice” at this suggestion, which seemed like and odd request but I’ll take it as a compliment.

Skin of the Nude Mole

Due to a being preoccupied with stupid idea, this was my first boot camp in about 2+ weeks. Nice to get back out and see some new and familiar faces. Thanks for the opportunity to lead. It was slightly humid and everyone put forth a great effort despite that.

Talk to your brothers. Lift them up when they need it and be lifted up when you need it. The pax can be an amazing resource, but you must be engaged.
