Tabata Torture

6 PAX decided that they weren’t going to let the gloom keep them down. They instead came out to Eye of the Tyger to see what YHC had in store. Extreme sweat was promised, extreme sweat was delivered. Tabata was the word of the day. Here is how it went.

Tabata Defined: 20 seconds of intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest. (In those 20 seconds AMRAP of each exercise, 10 seconds transition to next starting position, each exercise twice per station) We performed 8 rounds per station, making each tabata station 4 min.

Mosey back to Shovel Flag to finish 1 mile lap
