I can’t think of any better way to start the first week of Spring than with bear crawls and 2 FNGs!

IW X 25
Arm Circles (a lot)

The Workout
Tabata All Day 20 seconds on/10 seconds off in 4-5 minute rounds.  Ballistic stretch between rounds.

  • Bear Crawl/Plank
  • Derkins/Plank
  • Squats/Hold at Bottom
  • Alternate Oblique Twists and LBCs/Rest
  • Dips/Hold at Bottom
  • Side Plank (alternate sides)/Plank
