Tabata All Day 20 seconds on/10 seconds off in 4-5 minute rounds. Ballistic stretch between rounds.
- Bear Crawl/Plank
- Derkins/Plank
- Squats/Hold at Bottom
- Alternate Oblique Twists and LBCs/Rest
- Dips/Hold at Bottom
- Side Plank (alternate sides)/Plank
