Who: F3 Dads and their kids (of all ages)
Where: Legacy Park
When: One Saturday a month during the summer (dates listed below)
May – 5/21
June – 6/18 (Father’s Day weekend)
July – 7/13
Aug – 8/16
Sept – 9/3
Time: Launch at 0815 (the workout will last for 30-45mins)
So bring your kids and your goofy attitude for some light hearted fun with the #littles.
