Warm up


Let’s get to it…long work out planned so partner up to keep yourself accountable to the reps and to form.

The beast: 6 exercises 3 times through all over the campus:

Mosey to the playground for first exercise:

Pull-up/merkin multiplier (1 pull-up 4 merkins, 2 pull-ups 8 merkins, etc up to 5 and 20)

Mosey to the back parking lot for the second exercise:

forward/backward suicide every other line (run forward to second line and backwards to the start and so on…10 total lines)

Mosey to the island for the third exercise:

8 count man-makers (5 reps)

Mosey uphill to the main pedestrian entrance to the park for fourth exercise:

40 dips

Mosey to the fountain for fifth exercise:

50 Russian twists

Mosey into the amphitheater for sixth exercise:

5 box jumps per landing (8 landings so 40 box jumps)

Repeat 3 times through

No time left for Mary as finishing the beast put us completing at 6:18…nice work fellas, but it sure was quiet (with the exception of some very hard breathing)!
