7 men rolled up for a seasonably warm (compared to last week) for some RunAWaze. YHC was actually 10 minutes early today. Excuse me while I pat myself on the back.
Today’s workout was fairly straightforward, so I’ll keep it short. Sugar creek is a pretty large neighborhood, so large that it has 3 community pools. Today we’re going to visit each one.
First stop. The pool at Batesville & Devenger. One stop on the way for some Al Gore and Squats in cadence. After arriving at Pool 1, we complete some merkins in cadence and 20 lunges.
Head to Pool 2. This one is a long way away so we make 5 stops along the way which included Derkins, Imperial Walkers, Squat Jumps, plank, burpees, LBCs, flutters, calf raises, and dying cockroaches. Finally we arrive at Pool 2 near at Sugar Creek Rd & Boiling Springs.
Head to Pool 3 at Sugar Creek Rd & Hammett Bridge. Stop here briefly for I don’t remember what, before running back to Buena Vista Elem.
