YHC hadn’t Q’d, or even posted in a while due to travel/work/life, so I thought it would be fun to pick up a Monday.

I made quick list of not-well-thought-out ways to move along a line and back, and had the pax pick at random from the list in a “pick a number” format… The line was stop sign to stop sign at TOT, or roughly 130 yards round trip. I think it’s closer to 140, but I digress.
First trip: Burpee Broad Jumps
Second Trip: Bear Crawl with 2 merkins every 8 steps
Third trip: Plank ladder: Pax hold low plank, spread out like rail road ties last man broad jumps over the other pax to the first position and we move caterpillar style
49 more overhead claps for #boogerjim flavor, but only got 2 out the 3 requirements for a boogerjim Q. Another time.
4th trip: Wheel Barrow, flip flop partners at the 1/2 way mark.
5 min Mary: 50LBCs, 35 flutters, 15 BBSU OYO
Annc: Mudrun 5/20, Goruck custom events 6/9 & 6/10.
Prayers: Quickies Son, Commodore’s Dad, Kando Adventure nuts, CDTs job and family.
NMM: Soccer Mom broke some kind of burpee broad jump record. LOB had time to go get coffee after he finished the bear crawl/merkin thingy. As usual with this group of nerds, everyone put out big effort. FNG, now CDT (crash test dummy) joined us and put out 100% and more. The first is the worst is the saying I’ve always heard….and I believe it. CDT – Come on out again, you’ll be amongst guys that support and pray for you, and if your experience is anything like mine, you’ll wake up one day and realize that you’ve got better friends than you’ve had in years…..and you’ll be in pretty good shape after a while too.
